Paper Submission
All the accepted registered papers will be published by the IJREAM Publishing House, and will be submitted to possible indexing in all major indexing services like Google Scholar, Academia, Thomson Reuters, Scopus, etc.
Review Process
All full papers submitted will be subjected to a review process through an international review panel. Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors four weeks prior to the Camera Ready Paper Submission deadline.
Publication Note
Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in peer-reviewed / UGC approved journals subject to their policy. Select papers will be recommended for Journal publication (indexed by SCOPUS, SCI, etc.).
Best Paper Award
Best paper in each category, identified by the panel of Judges, will be awarded with a Certificate of Excellence during the conference.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit their original research papers, strictly adhering to the IEEE two-column format. The papers must not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Paper Formatting Rules:
- The paper length should not exceed 6 pages (A4 size).
- All tables, figures, and equations must be embedded within the text at appropriate locations.
- The similarity index (plagiarism) should be strictly below 15% (excluding references).
- Authors are required to use standard fonts (Times New Roman, 10pt) for the main body text.

Double-Blind Review
All submissions will undergo a strict double-blind peer review process. Ensure that the manuscript does not reveal the authors' identities or affiliations.
Copyright Transfer
Upon acceptance, the corresponding author must sign and submit the digital copyright transfer agreement before the camera-ready deadline.
